Suprajit announced the following:-

MoU signed with Jiang Yin Yuan Feng Communication Equipments Co Ltd of China for a JV to manufacture cables in China. This is expected to be a 70:30 Joint Venture and will be a subsidiary of Suprajit. |

Subsidiaries – Gills Cables UK and CTP Suprajit Automotive Private Limited have received new export business, valued at about US$ 7.5 million / year for the coming years, from Global majors. |

Mr.Diwakar Shetty (Chairman and Managing Director of Sherton Group) has joined the Board as an independent Director. |

The Pantnagar plant for cables and expansion at various existing units are on schedule. |

Consolidated revenues for the first half have grown to Rs. 98.97 crores against Rs.68.20 cores, a growth of 44.97%. The Pretax Profit has grown to Rs.10.55 crores from Rs.8.51 crores – a growth of 23.97%. |
